By accessing or using Property.Photos (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Property.Photos is a photo management platform designed for property owners and real estate investors. The Service allows you to capture, organize, and manage property photos with GPS confirmation, room tagging, optional backup integrations, and subscription billing.
You may use the Service with email/password authentication or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:
You retain full ownership of all photos uploaded to or captured through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your photos. Photos are stored by Property.Photos in our primary storage infrastructure while your account is active. If you connect an optional backup provider such as Google Drive or Dropbox, those backup copies remain in your own connected account unless you remove them.
The Service may integrate with Google Drive or Dropbox if you choose to connect either provider as an optional backup destination. By connecting a provider, you authorize us to create and manage a designated backup location for your property photos. We do not use those integrations as the primary live photo store for the app.
You may share magic links with contractors, tenants, or other third parties to capture photos on your behalf. You are responsible for informing recipients that their GPS location will be collected during the photo capture session. Photos taken through magic links are stored in your account and may also be copied to any backup provider you have connected.
Photos captured through magic links require GPS confirmation to confirm they were taken at the specified property location. GPS data is collected with the user's browser permission and stored as photo metadata. GPS accuracy depends on the device and environment, and we do not guarantee absolute location precision.

Details about subscription plans and pricing will be published when the Service launches. We will provide reasonable notice before any charges apply. Free trial or beta access terms will be communicated separately to early access users.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service, including all content you upload, capture, store, or share through the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that GPS data will be accurate in all conditions, that photos will serve as legally sufficient evidence in any proceeding, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. No advice or information obtained from us shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Property.Photos, its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the lesser of fifty US dollars ($50) or the total amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Property.Photos, its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service; any content you upload, capture, or share; your violation of these terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any dispute between you and a third party related to the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your photos remain in your Google Drive. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before terminating active accounts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
